2 more international conferences to attend by summer!

Yeap,

keeping the track to attend one (inter)national AIESEC conference every month by summer 2008, there are still 2 more in the pool.

Being invited by Yavor (Swiss NTT member), beginning April I am going to Switzerland to train the TtT track at DISCOVERY 2008 (http://discovery2008.ch).
Already having my ticket to ride and am pretty much looking forward to the country of (not only) violet cows :)

As has Lenka already mentioned, both of us have been selected for faci team for International Trainers Congress (ITC 2008) happening in May in Kiev, Ukraine (http://www.itc2008.in.ua)
Unfortunately Lenka will not participate so to bring the Czech spirit into the faci team is just up to me ;)

3 LTCs within 3 days! (crazy life of NTT)

Ok, when you say YES to something, you say NO something else!

In this case it was the crazieeest YES I have ever said and I enjoyed my special travelling around the country quite a lot, actually.

Imagine, my destination was to reach Opava, my homecity, on Sun 16.
Leaving Prague on Fri 14... and "on the way to home" I stopped for 3 different tasks at 3 different LTCs.

Itinerary of my weekend Mar 14-16:

And about to go by OC car for LTC of LC Ostrava... well :-)) The story was a bit different than all of us expected - on the way from Budišov (LTC place) to Suchdol n. Odrou train station, it happened the the car "went out of petrol" ..So, being picked up by taxi, getting to petrol station with Jana (OCP), taking us to place of the accident, Zaida adding petrol into car and finally, moving to the venue, arriving at 1:30 am (Sunday). FUN on the way!

Seems like yours NTT didn´t do anything whole Dec, Jan and Feb, huh? Not true at all!:P Besides handling exams I applied for MC (and btw got selected:P) and Hartoška undergone some more faci experiences - for example WENALDS faci - respect!!! She just could not find time to upload her story (need time management training, Hartoška? ... hahaha.... I am just trying to be funny...).

And... Both ladies from Czech NTT (me and Hana:P) applied for International Trainers Congress in Ukraine. And... both of us got selected. Well, unfortenately I had to resign due to MC and school duties (and I must say I am really angry and sad because of that). So Czech NTT expansion to Ukraine will happen only from Hana´s part. Wish you good luck, mate!

To Hana: Do not be selfish and share your faci stories with us!

WENA LDS 2008, Germany - faci XP like no other :-P

My goal to facilitate at 2 more LDS related conferences after NaLDS 2007 has come true! After Czech NEXT 2008 there came the opportunity to go to German city Bamberg for WENA LDS 2008 - so I went there ;-))

My personal journey at WENA LDS 2008 is the one I will keep in my heart forever... And again - I found out at every and single moment of your life you need to feel gratefulness for what happens to you and appreciate people who you invite to share the journey together with you for few hours, days or years.

Alright, not to get into this big story telling here, let me just post few points related to WENA LDS 2008:

~ HOMEGROUP No. 7!!! ... actually no words to be said - we all (16 ppl) know what it was/is about!

Thank you Saija, Tanja, Audrey, Afsaneh, Marissa, Kaddi, Rania, Nik, Rui, André, Ken, Ömer, Johannes, Andrea and Mauritz (my co-faci) - you all made my WENA LDS experience very special.

I just wish that as many as possible members of AIESEC in the Czech Republic grab the opportunity, challenge themselves and experience LDS, be it NaLDS, WENA LDS or CEE LDS based on the profound experience of (re)discovering inner leadership and living experience like no other.

May this be my wish, and - just approach me if you want to know more about concepts of these conferences. I truly wish for you to experience and take out of this as much as possible for your development and development of others.

NEXT 2008 - faci experience

After real 3,5 yrs in AIESEC I finally managed to take part at national conference of AIESEC in the Czech Republic as facilitator and as well as part of the agenda team of NEXT 2008 conference!

Faci team on the stage:
- Katya (Ukraine), Pawel (Poland), Barča (Brasil/Czech MC), Maja (Serbia), Masha (from Russia :-P), Bea (SVK/CZE), Evca M. (SVK/CZE), Nasko (Bulgaria), Ioanna (Romania), Yulia (Ukraine), Menia (SVK/CZE) and me :)

Conference manager: - Tinka (Czech MC)

Chair: - JJ (MCP of AIESEC UK)

Agenda designed for 4 days including MCP election and External day.

Each faci was responsible for delivering 12 hrs of content to her/his homegroup.

As for me, I met here one challenge as in my homegroup we decided to use Czech language (not English) as the main one to deliver the sessions.
Meaning, not that I would have problems with my native language, just the fact is I have never delivered leadership related content in Czech, and surprisingly English comes to me more natural. Well, do not ask me why :-)

Anyway, I managed :-) and am actually very grateful for this real Czech experience.

Altough this conference was not that much personally intensive as eg. one week LDS conference can become, I still know we touched something important for every delegate, at least in my homegroup we did :-) - the question of life and inner leadership.

During The External day I delivered a workshop together with Andrea Klincokova (GreenFeather, Ltd.) for 18 delegates on the topic "Leadership & coaching" that somehow gave opportunity to new 18 people get closer to coaching as a attitude / life or leadership style. Nice!

Body language in Karviná

Yesterday (4th December) I went to visit AIESEC Karviná to deliver training. There was a bunch of about 15 people waiting and ready to learn what body language is and how to use it. We spent very nice hour and something by gaining new "Body language"knowledge, sharing our stories and disscussion wheter we are or are not to read body language (both ours and others) and wheter we can influence it consciously. We also shared our stories with body language from business meetings. I have to say there was very nice atmosphere and I felt very comfortable with my lovely participants. Thank you guys for your contribution:)

AIESEC „besídka“

How many times have you already introduced AIESEC to somebody? All those chats about opportunities in AIESEC, international environment, interaction with business environment, conferences…

Now imagine you are asked by a kindergarten director to performance Xmas AIESEC sketch to little children to present them what AIESEC does. This is what I asked AIESEC Zlin members last week in November as I was asked to come. At the beginning they were a bit surprised and stuck. But.... :) At the end we had two lovely sketches and also Zlin interns were involved.

Are you curious what else can NTT deliver? Stay tuned to find more. Next week we have double NTT “mission”. Hana will deliver Leadership in Zlin. I will deliver Body language in Karvina.

Leadership workshop for LC Zlín

Just 2 weeks before Christmas I was about to deliver workshop on leadership in LC Zlín.

As it was communicated from Mojco's side with these words:
" bring some nice ideas from NALDS... to generate some deep discussions, take them out of the comfort zone and motivate them to keep developing their leadership (hidden message: appply for leadership roles) ;)"

.. still on the way to Zlín was not sure what exactly will be delivered, just the idea was clear. Well, try to manage all of that in given 120 minutes :-))

NaLDS 2007 - "Discover your way" (faci experience)

Talking or writing about NaLDS is always strange. This Leadership seminar is one of those you need to EXPERIENCE with your heart in order to capture what all the "I-have-been-to-NaLDS" people think of when they mention NaLDS.

This year I participated at NaLDS as facilitator and co-facilitated with Eva Philippi /Germany/ one week track for homegroup of 9 people . (ApChoc homegroup)

What is more, as facilitator I was part of a big conference team of 30 people (facis from CZE, ROM and GER; OCP Sara Usinger from GER and OC from GER and few more countries; conference manager Kevin G. /MC in GER/ & chair Børge H. /NOR/) who together with 100 delegates delivered JUST UNIQUE week experience for all of us.

With one word, NaLDS for me was just powerfully "intensive", yeap.

Int'l NTTs meeting in Bonn, Germany

As I spend few days in Germany, Michaela (MC VP in AIESEC Germany) initiated International NTTs meeting in Bonn for one day.

3 of us met in person:

Birte Kloppenburg - German NTT
Andreea Sultan - Romanian NTT
me "representing Czech colours" :-P
and Martin (Austrian NTT) joined us through skype.

Covering sharing, gathering ideas for NTTs development and co-operation, finding out what do we understand as trainer, what are the standards of NTT in each country... that was it all about.
We plan to have one more, virtual meeting soon.

With Lenka we plan to deliver one more event for those who are interested - it might be TtT Advaced - facilitator track, Learning academy or somethings totally different.

So on Dec 6, when having half-year NTT meeting with Barbara in Prague, we will plan how to support learning of our members by delivering one more cool "TtT-based" seminar.

Presentation skills in Olomouc

On 21th November I trained Presentation skills in Olomouc. We learnt how to prepare presentation to deliver appropriate message to our audience and also talked about body language and its usage during presentation. I spent very nice moments with Olomouc members. My big experience was not only training itself but also amazing historical room where training took place. Pics HERE.

DO-IT 2007 in Switzerland

Right after my Polish chairing and FallCo facilitating I travelled to Switzerland to be a faci in DO-IT conference in Alps. Again - I was a part of international faci team, I was co-responsible for newies track and co-designing and delivering training and facilitating home group. Anyway, it was completely different experience than during FallCo in the Czech Republic.

Again I had a chance to meet many lovely people, both in faci team and delegates. Again I had lot of fun, got inspiration and learnt a lot. Wanna more know who were those lovely people called facis? See the pic.

And my final impression? If you want to experience really international AIESEC conference and meet lovely boys - be a part of DO-IT:) Officially I had only one international delegate in my home group. After asking "the rest of you guys are from Switzerland?" I realized that one half are international students studying in Switzerland and the second half consists of young Swiss with at least one parent abroad:)

FallCo 2007

From 1st to 4th November I was a part of Newies faci team in FallCo 2007. Wow, it was just great. Working in international faci team, working on sessions and tasks for newies, facilitating home group, running training,...

I have to say newies of AIESEC in the Czech Republic are really smart. After getting folder full of tasks, information, deadlines and other requirements without concrete instructions how to fulfill them they devided responsibilities very quickly and started to work. They even were eager to fulfill extra tasks to win competition. And of course they represented newies track very well by performing their shouts during pleanaries and by attendance in parties. It was very nice experience to help newies to find out more about AIESEC and inspire and motivate them to take next steps in AIESEC.

Also I enjoyed a lot working with international facis - Barbára (Czech/Brazil), (Serbia/Croatia), Alex, Mada, Romeo and Gabelu (Romania), Steph (Canada/Spain) and Kvetos and Bea (Czech Republic). Guys, I enjoyed many lovely moments with you. Thank you for your support, nice chats and inspiration.

Also thank you our lovely MC and Habib - our lovely chair. I am looking forward NEXT conference:)

Czech NTT chairing expansion to Poland - Hana's experience

My friend from CEEMOS 2007 faci team, Aga Jeszke, invited me before summer to come to Wroclaw to chair at their Local Committee Conference, LCC 2007 of AIESEC Polska Komitet Lokalny Politechnika Wrocławska.
Well, it went more serious :-) when traveling through whole Czech Republic to Wroclaw. I had the chance to meet facis (=EB) 2 days before the conference started, got to know Kay (Australia) who was OCP of LCC, met few more OC members (Kamila - great job, girl!, Slim - "just" French-Arabic speaking Tunisian trainee). At the venue when delegates started to arrive I realised actually what my role was... pretty soon :-) Seriously, you are there to guide the people through the plenary times, to chat with some of them during the coffee breaks and lunch times, to think of who of them will be the next leading body of the LC in few years, to manage some alumni at their workshops, etc.

To share one of my personal highlights of the conference, I think of the night of global village I spent around 2 hours in the dining hall with Masaru (Japanese trainee), Slim (Tunisian trainee) and Źyrafka (Polish AIESEC member). Masaru talked interesting stuff about his country, wrote some caligraphy posters for us and all seemed to be so nice - just 4 different nationalities from 3 different continets under one roof at one table in one small house in Poland somewhere at the border with Czech Republic... then you think of the peace that is possible to reach when respecting each other.

I had the chance to see how looked local conference in different country and realised we were all the same around the globe. Nice. :-)

supporting LC Ostrava - LTC in Budišov n. Budišovkou

Being invited for Local Committee Conference 2007 of LC Ostrava for couple of hours and delivering 2,5 hrs of outdoor games was my next opportunity to see how guys in Ostrava get ready for newies and what energy do they put into the conference in order to leave with 20 motivated new members.

Having completed some of the task inside as 3 small teams, we went out to play the Human bingo. So we had the chance to see how "drunk soldier looks like" or found out after few minutes who wears red underwear ;-)
Solving some strategic games and having really fun included.
Speaking from my heart, I was greateful I had the chance to see and participate partly at another LTC (so far have attended LTC from 3 other LCs in AIESEC in the Czech Republic) and happy to see how they "live AIESEC" in Ostrava.

Thanks for inviting me & thanks for the short chats we had - it is always valuable for both sides to see the "work" and fun from different perspectives.

Czech NTT chairing expansion to Poland - Lenka´s part

Hey you all! Do you know both lovely ladies of your NTT spent weekend of 27th to 28th October 2007 by being so called chairs of two local AIESEC conferences in Poland? Wanna know more? Here is Lenka´s part. About a month ago I received a very suprising e-mail. I was asked bo co come to Warsaw and be a chair of AIESEC Warsaw University LCC. Of course I did not hesitate and said YES.

I had a chance to get to know amazing faci team composed of AIESEC Warsaw University EB - conference manager Ewelina, Mowdi, Oski, Sandra, Hania, Kwol and supported by Chwalka from Polish AIESEC National Support Team. And I could also cooperate with a nice Organizing Committee led by Anna and supported by internationals Brian (USA) and Vinnie (Brazil).

This conference was attended by about 100 delegates (both newies and experieced ones). It was a big opportunity to meet very various people. And also a big opportunty to find out how it is to be a chair. To entertain people, to be responsible for plenaries, to run faci meetings and communicate with OC. Thank you for giving me chairing opportunity! I learnt a lot:)

Prague and Pilsen LTC

I took part in AIESEC Prague and AIESEC Pilsen LTC this weekend and my say it was just great. I was responsible for delivering outdoor games and presentation skills training.

During Friday afternoon we spent a nice time outside playing games to get to know each other. We went through ice-breaker games, name games but also games for communication and team cooperation to find out how these skills in team are.

On Saturday delegates experienced night game. It was really cold outside and participants were blindfolded so conditions were not easy. However I must say all of them succeded and I was very proud of them. And then I also realized from their words they had enjoyed the games so I was also proud of my outdoor team that helped me to prepare all games, to. Let now say a big THANK YOU to all members of OUTDOOR TEAM. They were: Marťa Motyčková, Teri Lukšíková, Zdeněk Fred Fous, Michal Hudeček, Terka Mrková, Jirka Kolena, Pavel Vávra, Standa Hába and Helča Kebrdlová - all of them from AIESEC Prague.

I also delivered presentation skills training to a group of about 12 newies. I must say I really enjoyed it and hope my participants did the same:)

Guys from Prague and Pilsen AIESEC, I must say - thank you for giving me an opportunity to be a part of such a great LTC as your was. You did a great fob and I wish you good luck with your newies.

After reading previous post from Lenka (it is so nice from you!!), I got stuck - like "ok, selected for NaLDS 2007 facis team, so what?"..

It is just ...

... the start, with celebration moment, of course :-))

No seriously, let me just post with giving you general overview how it usually looks like when you go as faci for conference:

- application for the faci team released

- you sent your application and if it works out, you become part of new faci team

- now the work starts: getting to know other members of particular team (mostly virtually;-) ), getting closer to the objectives of the conference and starting preparation for sessions, mostly working on certain topic with other 2 or 3 facis

- you meet firstly in person with the teamnear/at the venue few days before the conference starts -- so called pre-meeting

- going through "different" get-2-know, runnning through the content of the conference, "frying out" at the place, too :-), etc.

- the conference starts, you just rock ;-)

- and after it you meet once again for the post-meeting

Ha, still a long run, isnt it? Wonderful long run!!

Train the Trainers 2007

Train the Trainers - seminar like no other within AIESEC in the Czech Republic - is over. Who was there? What did they learn? How was it?

TtT is a seminar delivered to mainly AIESEC EB members. During TtT participants have a chance to discover ways of teaching others by interesting, effective and diverse methods. They also have to deliver trainings and sessions by their own so they become responsible for delivering certain knowledge, skills or attitudes to other participants. Newly gained skills are highly beneficial and appreciated in participants´ present functions – EB, teamleader or others. We as NTT members are very proud we are responsible for delivering such a great seminar (btw. considered as one of the best learning experience gained within AIESEC:-)

TtT 2007 was organized by CZU in Prague. We were working in a very nice place and had an opportunity to cooperate with a very nice OC. We would like to say big THANK YOU once again to EVKA (OCP), Honza, Lucy, Andrea and Kamil.

TtT 2007 was attended by about 30 participants both members of AIESEC in the Czech Republic and internationals. Guys, big THANK to all of you for your contribution, support and inspiration. Wish you best luck with delivering knowledge both in and outside of AIESEC.

We also had a chance to meet Mr. Marián Béreš (our lovely external) among us. THANK YOU KLF:-) for your help, giving feedbacks, sharing and inspiring. Looking forward meeting you again.

You Can 2007 in Turkey

I went to Bursa (Turkey) at the end of August to facilitate at You Can (AIESEC international conference). I had an amazing opportunity to be a part of an international team of very experienced AIESEC facis from whole Europe and northern Africa. We put all our effort and passion to deliver high quality sessions and a good mood to You Can.

You Can hosted delegates from all over the world so I had a chance to meet very diverse people, esspecially in my lovely home group.

I must tell this experience ment a big learning for me as a faci because it was my very first faci experience in international conference. Now I better understand how conference content is created, how a team of international facis cooperate and how whole conference is delivered.
I gained a lot of energy during You Can. It is such an unforgettable experience to see so many diverse people (Europians, Asians, Afrikans,... Christians and Muslims, black and white... various languages, opinions and approaches...) who believe in the same idea, enjoy time spent together and share ideas. I recommend all of you to apply for some international facilitating within AIESEC to be able to experience the same strong feeling as I had during and after You Can.

SuStrCo 2007

Of course also NTT took an active part at SuStrCo. Firstly we had an honour to help LC Zlin with delivering Survival Day a big outdoor for AIESEC in the Czech Republic after a long time. Really amazing experience to watch so many AIESEC people running as crazy in forest, fulfilling tasks, cooperating and compeeting in the same time, tired but happy when reaching the finish.

The biggest reward for NTT was to see smiling and tired faces and complete silence on site in the early night as almost everybody went for sleeping after exhausting day (have you ever attended AIESEC conference and finding out people sleep at 11pm?) :-)

Then NTT delivered "How to handle people". As a part of this training our lovely participants had to create a birthday gift for Barbára, our international MC responsible for Talent Management, who celebrated her birthday in those days. We promised them to public their result in this blog so we do so with a pleasure to enable you enjoy their hard work, strategic thinking, planning and cooperation, too:-) Ooops, upside down!

For the rest of SuStrCo we (=your hard working NTT) worked on Train the Trainers seminar to deliver it to you in its best quality. This seminar is coming in few weeks (31th Aug. - 2nd Sept. in Prague). NTT is looking forward to meeting you there and to help you to discover and develop your training skills!

NTT in Talent Management Functional Meeting

There was a Talent Management Functional Meeting during MC TOP. To get to know new boss, TM responsibles on LC level and stay tuned in TM area NTT was there as well represented by Lenka. I must say it was very nice to attend it. Simply atmosphere was very friendly, all TMs had active approach to their area and want to launch many usefull processes and ideas. And Barbara? Simply very friendly, smiling and open-minded Brazilian:-) I am very glad she will be NTT boss this term and I am looking forward to cooperation, sharing ideas and learning from her.

Outdoor Teambuilding with LC Karviná

I was asked to prepare some outdoor/teambuilding activities for LC Karviná during the weekend 25 - 26th May. We stayed in a lovely place near Jablunkov (Northern Moravia).

Outdoor for my lovely participants started on Saturday afternoon. We started with a tough physical game "Cannon". We spent around 2 hours in a forest testing physical condition, trust and team cooperation. (Sorry for not describing these games in details because of possible future use again. In case you are interested contact me and I will help you.) After coming back to cottage everybody was silent and tired (not so talkative and laughing as at the beginning:-)

Sunday. Morning. 5 a. m. 4 hours of sleep for some lucky ones. Really strong alarm. Everybody blindfolded. The game "The Day of the Triffids" can start. I spent about 2 hours with team in forest courious how they will performe. I must say they suceed - overcame obstacles very quickly and with humour.

If the success of outdoor teambuilding is (among others) measurable by good mood in a team afterwards, tired people and telling phrases like "I hate NTT!", "Can we inactivate the position of NTT?", "I want to get back to the cottage", "I hate nature and have wet shoes they will not get dry"... then this teambuilding was successful. Thank you LC Karviná for giving me this opportunity and looking forward my next NTT experiences. Photos.

ITtTS 2007 in Slovakia

From 10th to 13th May I took part as a delegate in International Train the Trainers Seminar in Slovakia. My main goal was to compare Czech and Slovak TtT and get some inspiration as well. There were about 30 delegates from Slovakia, Poland, Ukraine, Serbia, Portugal and me as the only representative of the Czech Republic.

This seminar was built as a conference so we had a chance to go through plenaries, homegroups, parties and of course to meet an amazing chair Misho. There were 3 homegroups with BIP :-) facis Ola (Poland), Noam (everywhere, currently Poland) and Samuel (Italy).

This was one of my other NTT experiences and in this way I would like to say thank you especially to Hausi, Slovakia NTT and conference manager in one. Good luck in Ghana, Hausi.

OPS 2007 - faci experience

There was Outgoing Preparation Seminar (OPS) 2007 running Sat-Sun beginning May.
I got the chance to facilitate there when knowing there will be Mena and Lukas MC responsible, Aluska Haluska as chair, 7 experienced AIESECers as facilitators and 80-in-spring recruited SNs who decided to go for AIESEC internship.

Seminar organised by AIESEC CZU Praha (OCP Martin Prokop) at Junior Centrum at Seč u Pardubic ;-)

Me as faci, I was responsible for one so called "home group" of 8 SNs. Btw, cool guys :-)
The aim of this seminar is to "prepare" SNs before they go for the internship, connected with words such as cultural shock, ambassadorship, trainees/returnees discussions, internship goal setting etc.

One thing I'd like to mention, it was our beloved Global village.
As we need to meet the challenge of having just few trainees/returnees at OPS, each LC was responsible for having its own stand dedicated to one continent or specific world region.
Man, it was damn well done! Music playin' around, I visited each stand just wondering how seriously everyone felt about GV...

During after-GV party I tried to play Czech brass music - dechovka, it was "polka" - maybe you will not believe, but after first seconds of the music, the dancing stage was full of couples dancing for this song!!
Even trainees were interested how to dance it so some Czech guys started to explain...
Follow up - gonna be surprised at next AIESEC conference with some more brass music, hold on :-P

Training in Pardubice

As NTT we were asked to deliver training on "How to build a seesion" from LC Pardubice.
When going for a training you need to -- guess what??-- prepare.
I used mainly the materials and info we were given at Train the Trainer in summer 2006 and shared a bit my experience when designing sessions.

There were 5 participants at the training so it was nice to get them quickly into the "learning process" ;-)

ITC 2007 in Romania

From 16th to 22th April I went to Romania to experience International Trainers Congress 2007. Hmmm, what to say? Simply it was another amazing and unforgettable AIESEC experience. Just imagine - more than 100 delegates from about 30 AIESEC countries, new PAI Gabiza as a conference manager, site right next to Black sea... And everybody ready to gain new knowledge, experience, friends, wilder network and enjoy AIESEC spirit.

What happened all week long? It started with official Global Village in Bucharest which was amazing - many people, nice wheater, roll calls... Then we moved to National Theatre for Official Opening and we had a great opportunity to see Romanian President who took part too.

Then we were split into home groups and we worked very intensively on our "mission" which was to prepare 4 hours lasting training for Romanian university students. The theme? Personal leadership. I still can see the space in front of the hotel reception, 4 a. m., energy drinks, chips, laptops and tired members from my Sweet Fighters home group doing their best to deliver a high quality training. Two hours of sleep... Journey to Bucharest... University... Delivering training... Amazing active students asking questions, participating, sharing emotions, enjoying... We succeed!!!

I must say during ITC 2007 I enjoyed the best closing plenary ever. Just close your eyes and imagine... 6 a. m. in the morning, beach, sunrise, AIESECers coming from unofficial Global Village, Lukas Prokop from Czech MC playing the guitar, everybody singing One from U2, enjoying the moment, sharing emotions, crying... I will never forget...

NTT at NatCo 2007

In April there was Czech national conference - NatCo, where all "national support teams" of AIESEC in the Czech Republic were officially presented.
As NTT is one of them, we rocked the opening with breath-taking roll call having support of Xtina's song and our cool corporates, black ties and hats.

During the conference we spent some time together with NTT 2006/2007 members - Gecko, Jaro and Radek, as we needed to get deeper in the role and work of NTT.
That means thanks to this NTT transition we are able now to set our plan for upcoming year covering trainings at LCs, preparing Train the Trainer seminer, etc.

One more person needs to be mention when talking about the NTT work - it is Bárbara, who will be responsible for communication between Czech MC and NTT.

in the middle of March 2007 there were selected two members of new National Trainers Team of AIESEC in the Czech Republic:

We decided to create and take care :-) of our NTT blog in order to keep you updated what's going on with us, what we are/were about to deliver as trainers all around the Czech Republic and in abroad, too.

Definitly we will not mind if you leave a comment here ;-)

Anyway, looking forward to the upcoming year!
