There was a Talent Management Functional Meeting during MC TOP. To get to know new boss, TM responsibles on LC level and stay tuned in TM area NTT was there as well represented by Lenka. I must say it was very nice to attend it. Simply atmosphere was very friendly, all TMs had active approach to their area and want to launch many usefull processes and ideas. And Barbara? Simply very friendly, smiling and open-minded Brazilian:-) I am very glad she will be NTT boss this term and I am looking forward to cooperation, sharing ideas and learning from her.Looking forward next TM functional meeting and SuStrCo.
